Trust Taking Impact Work to Next Level
The Building Change Trust has today tendered for support with the strategic development and delivery of the Inspiring Impact programme in Northern Ireland and is pleased to publish the development plan considered by the Trust Board in June 2013.
Inspiring Impact is a UK wide 10 year collaborative initiative that aims to change the way not for profit organisations think about impact and make high quality impact measurement the norm by 2022.
The Building Change Trust is a partner in the collaboration and over the last 12 months has been working with Community Evaluation NI and others to develop a plan for Inspiring Impact in Northern Ireland that would bring the benefits of the work taking place in GB and also identify specific actions to be taken in Northern Ireland.
The development plan was considered, and accepted, by the Trust Board at its meeting in June 2013 and the Trust has now tendered for support for strategic development and implementation.
Nigel McKinney, Trust Director of Operations, said: ""The Trust is excited about the potential this initiative has to support positive change and development within the Northern Ireland community and voluntary sector and we look forward to commencement of implementation of the Northern Ireland plan in the autumn"".
