We are thrilled to announce, ‘FuSIon Fest – The Social Innovation Festival’, will be taking place in Northern in Derry and Belfast on 19th and 20th October 2017.
The Festival is a one-day programme that will be repeated in each city and will take place in the Playhouse in Derry-Londonderry and the Crescent Arts Centre in Belfast. Delegates will hear from 3 keynote speakers, participate in a number of breakout sessions and have access to the Social Innovation village featuring practitioners, innovative organisations, and a space to network and learn more about Social Innovation. The Festival will finish on the evening of 20 October with an afterparty and final keynote on the Belfast Barge and complimentary return transport from Derry will be provided for delegates.
Expect a programme of fun and unique experiential learning for delegates with a blend of international keynotes sharing best practice, showcasing innovative solutions to some of the social challenges faced by communities in and outside of Northern Ireland. Enjoy discussions within an informal networking village setting, bringing a collaborative mix of people from across all sectors together for two days packed with conversation, networking, insights, music and a celebration of community spirit and creativity.
Who should attend? Come one, come all - no experience needed! Anyone with a desire to build lasting social change in our society: educators, government departments, communities, entrepreneurs, big businesses, techpreneurs and innovators. Let’s get together as one collaborative community to have fun, meet interesting people and explore possibilities.
