Invitation to tender

The Building Change Trust is inviting tenders for the development and delivery of a partnerships, collaboration and mergers support programme for the Northern Ireland community and voluntary sector.

The Building Change Trust was established in 2008 by the Big Lottery Fund with a National Lottery grant of £10 million as an investment for community capacity building and promotion of the voluntary and community sector in Northern Ireland.

As part of its strategy for the period 2010 – 2013 the Trust’s corporate Trustee now invites tenders for the development and delivery of a partnerships, collaboration and mergers support programme for the Northern Ireland community and voluntary sector for a 3 year period commencing autumn 2010. Tenders can be submitted by individual providers or consortia/partnerships.

The closing date for the return of completed tenders is 4.30pm on Friday 27 August 2010.

Late submissions will neither be accepted nor considered.

The Trust is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender
