Collaboration NI has announced details of training for the sector to take place in May and June.
A Practical Guide to Collaborative Working
11 May 2011, 10.00am to 4.00pm, NICVA, 61 Duncairn Gardens, Belfast, BT15 2GB
Cost: £25
This training session, delivered by NICVA, will provide participants with an opportunity to learn about the various types of collaborative working arrangements and will offer practical guidance on all stages of collaborative working processes.

Leading Beyond Authority: using influence to make collaboration work
Series of three one-day workshops – 18 May, 8 June and 21 June 2011 at NICVA, 61 Duncairn Gardens, Belfast BT15 2GB. The training begins at 9.30am each day.
Cost: £75
This new programme will take Board members and Senior Managers through a journey of learning that aims to develop specific aspects of leadership that are considered necessary for collaborative working across separately constituted organisations.
